Let’s talk about one of my favorite training of all the time: Jump Rope

Jumping Rope is a perfect fitness exercise, wanna know why?
- You can do it at home
- It’s cheap
- It’s useful
- Perfect to train a lot of body parts, like legs, abs, shoulders, and also your resistance.
- It’s fun (at least for me!)
